    ADR Wing

    This particular wing focuses on different sorts of avenues of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Associates and Advisers of I. H. Khan & Associates are very much acquainted with and experienced in Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation, Neutral Evaluation, Expert Determination, Mini-Trials etc., both in national and international arena. They possess particular expertise in Arbitration in the National Jurisdiction as well as in International Arbitrations of various sorts (especially commercial and investment treaty arbitrations).

    International arbitration is a very complex and evolving field of law, and therefore, in order to give advice about and to participate in an international arbitration, deep knowledge of the legal matters is the paramount requirement.
